This Apt is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, with full kitchen, living room and dining area.
For entry, the Apt has a door code which will be supplied to guest just prior to your arrival.
We are located in the Golden Circle, boasting such sites as Zion, Bryce, Vermillion Cliffs, Slot Canyons and of coarse don't forget to visit Best Friends our famous animal sanctuary and adoption center.
House Rules
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew. (10 PM – 8 AM)
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a
replacement fee.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.

Our first day they didn’t have keys ready for us for late night check in.
Second stay, we weren’t able to stay. I contacted the manager multiple times and no response.
We would like refunded for kart stay since didn’t stay at property.

My first stay I had to contact maintenance at night bc no info left to get into apartment.
My second stay I had a sick kid and had to head home. I contacted Ava 4 times and no response back. I requested a refund or credit. I would like a refund at this point.
