Additional features include: dual guest suites, each with flatscreen TV and well-appointed, attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and soaking tub, secondary has two XL twin beds that can be converted into a king), air conditioning and ceiling fans, a washer/dryer closet, and one-car garage brimming with water toys, folding chairs, a cooler and utility wagon—everything needed for the perfect beach day. This residence is about one mile from the ocean.
