Relaxing and fully equipped house in a great location

Our stay was fantastic. The house had almost everything you could want in a rental place. We really loved the lanai and other outdoor spaces. We had two five year olds and the house was perfect for them - safe and lots of room to play and just be kids. Access to the beach club and community pool made it really convenient to be outdoors and active. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Facilities were as described and then some! Beach card availability allowed us access many beaches and local resorts for added fun and enjoyment. Host was very gracious and quickly responded to very minor and minimal issues which did not affect our vacation whatsoever. Place was very clean and in impeccable condition. Highly recommend!

Great Place

Awesome property. All rooms were wonderful with very comfortable beds. Great upstairs open concept with accordion type sliding doors to the balcony. Lots of “toys” in the garage as an added benefit. Wonderful property, recommend highly!!

Ironman trip 2023

We brought family ranging in age from 1-80 for the Ironman 70.3 event on June 3 at the Fairmont Orchid and this house was GREAT! We had adequate space inside the house and the outside decks and patios made it perfect for relaxing and spending time as a family. The owner was available and responsive to any concerns the neighborhood was tucked away just steps from the main road connecting us to the other subdivisions with more family members and the larger Mauna Lani village. The pool, the beach club, and the golf course were valuable assets to the trip. There is something for everyone here. I can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend this property and this area if you are exploring the Big Island of Hawaii !!

Spring Break 2023

We stayed here during Spring Break 2023. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one most closely represents "What you see is what you get". The photos are accurate, the home is clean, well stocked for cookware, etc and had all the basic necessities. Adrian was timely in responding to our enquiries.

Amazing Stay at Ka Milo Mauna Lani

I don't even know where to begin as everything was just so amazing. We were a group of 2 families, 4 adults and 3 teens. The house fit our needs perfectly, everyone had their own private space and we also had a lovely space to come together for meals or just gather as a group. The beds were comfortable and everthing was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we never felt like we were missing anything. The house also had ample beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, bikes and beach towels. This is prob. the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Ka Milo is really beautiful, everyone is respectful and friendly. I can only imagine how many hours is spent on landscaping, as it's gorgeous. The pool area is lovely and we found it to be quite quiet, even during spring break travel. The Beach Club at Mauna Lani is a real bonus, we enjoyed it so very much. We ended up renting a golf cart which was very convenient to get around Mauna Lani, we made trips to all the other resorts (Fairmont, Auberge Mauna Lani), The Shops at Mauna Lani, 49 Black Sand Beach, the petroglyph park, the historic park and the Mauna Lani Beach Club. We had excellent communications from Adrian and his parents before and during our stay. A couple of unavoidable hiccups were solved quickly and effectively which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise with us, I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back someday.

Family friendly Waikoloa Beach house

The place was very comfortable, with plenty of 'stuff' for all concerned. It was great for grandparents upstairs on the main floor and for the kids and grandkids downstairs.

Relaxing house great location

When booking our stay, I wanted to find a house with access to the mauni lani beach club. The beach is amazing. It is a great protected cove with cabanas and beach chairs and is a great place for both hanging with the kids (as there are very minimal wave breaks) and snorkeling. This house also has access to the community center (2 pools & 2 hot tubs) within walking distance. I found this listing for my family of 10 adults and 2 children (3 years and 9 months). This house slept us all comfortably. The house came with some amenities that made it easier to stay here with children such as a high chair, pack and play, crib sheets and bed mats to help contain nighttime accidents, as well as a child toilet seat. It did not come with any baby gates to block access to the stairs, but I reached out to Adrian and he gave me info on where I could rent one if we chose to. Adrian was extremely responsive and very helpful. We were in contact multiple times over small things and he responded quickly. He came out on at least 2 different occasions to address problems I had informed him of such as a cracked toilet seat and a problem with the ac. He resolved both of these problems quickly. The house itself is relaxing and beautiful. We loved having a BBQ on the back patio watching the sunset or getting up early and having a coffee. The view and atmosphere was very relaxing. The garage is stocked with beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and bikes.

Another great stay in Mauna Lani Kamilo

This home did not disappoint and would recommend to anyone looking for a great house close to the beaches. There are plenty of beach toys for all ages as well as bicycles for running to the market down the street or to one of the many nearby beaches. You have access to the Mauna Lani beach club but we also like several of the other nearby beaches, especially on Puako where you will find turtles sleeping at your feet. We have stayed at several properties over the years in the Kamilo subdivision and this was a great home and the owners were very easy to work with. We cooked or grilled most nights and the home was well supplied to meet our needs. I look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

Our family of 9, including my 2 yo granddaughter had a fabulous time staying in this beautifully appointed home. So many amenities available to us! We loved having access to the private beach club! Perfect location

Really nice place for a family vacation. Unit had everything one would need or want for a family vacation. Garage had beach equipment, bikes and even snorkel gears. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The community pool was the best pool I've ever been in, it was clean and the water was nice! They were able to accommodate our family for a late check-out on short notice, that was awesome. Would definitely book at this location again.

Wonderful property

This was a wonderful stay! The communications was amazing from long before our stay to the very last day. The private beach was perfect, the home and community couldn’t have been better for our family. Tons of space, beach toys and bikes kept our kids busy. Being so close to other resorts was a treat too and the benefit of a local grocery store was an unexpected benefit. Mahalo!

Great holiday retreat

This house and space worked great for our extended family of 10 for a 2 week stay this past Christmas. This subdivision is really nice and close to the coast (about a 20 minute walk or so to get there). The pool is very close to this unit, which was convenient for our kids. We also loved the owners club--great for snorkeling especially our first timers. If you are a looking for a place to rent in the Kohala area this is a great choice.
