Rooms (apartments) are very big and can accommodate few more people than we were, it may be the reason for the price, that will be ok if you are a family more than 4 people.
But elevator was a problem at the moment of my stay and the whole place looks a little bit old.
Location is very good and if you plan your stay like a family journey and preparing you family meals at the apartment, may become a better choice; for me and my wife and a Little 5yo boy was
Parking is 40usd for the day extra and it was a surprise to me.
There is no reception by night and if you have an issue or a malfunction it will not be solved; in my case a smoke detector making a blip sound every minute; I have to disarming remove battery and that solve the sound.
