Chalet 434, Kamperland

Wir wurden 2 Wochen vor der Urlaub umgebucht auf dieses Chalet. Die Heizung war bei Bezug defekt, wurde am 2. Tag repariert. Das Chalet war sehr feucht und teilweise mit Schimmel befallen. Der muffige Geruch ist kaum auszuhalten. Nachdem die Heizung lief haben wir praktisch dauergelüftet, mit mäßigem Erfolg. Hinzu kam das die Matratzen alle samt durchgelegen sind, so das sich im Kinderzimmer der Draht durch drückt. Die anderen kleinen Mängel wie schmutziges Geschirr hätten uns nicht den Urlaub vermiest, aber dieser muffige Gestank schon. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Bei EEZZ wollte man von Gestank oder Feuchtigkeit nichts wissen. Lediglich die Heizung und die schmutzigen Bettdecken wurden repariert bzw. getauscht. Nie wieder!!!
