Sauber, aber nur das Nötigste wird an der Wohnung gemacht: altes Bad und Küche - lange nichts mehr investiert. Kaputte Mülleimer. Vorteilhaftere Fotos im Inserat - sehr enge Treppe und oben kein aufrechter Gang möglich. Nachts oben sehr laut bei Wind und Regen. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man es mit modernen und geräumigen Ferienwohnungen in bspw. Wenningstedt vergleicht.

Das sehr saubere Apartment ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und geräumig genug für zwei. Es hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Ein Bonus ist der Gaskamin, vor allem, wenn es draussen einmal regnet! So ist auch ein Regentag auf dem Sofa mit einem Buch oder einem Spielfilm gut auszuhalten. Man hat vom Apartment aus einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Nachbargaerten und Reetdachhaeuser. Es macht Spass, die Fenster zu öffnen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, 10 Gehminuten durch die Duenenlandschaft zum Nordseestrand und zu den Strandkörben, 10 Gehminuten zum Wattenmeer. Das Auto kann man auf dem zum Haus gehörenden Parkplatz lassen. Cafes und Restaurants in Kampen sind bequem in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Haus mit dem Apartment ist in einer sehr ruhigen Strasse gelegen. Check in ( Schlüssel Abholung) und Check out ( Schlüssel in Briefkasten ) war reibungslos und schnell. Wir wuerden das Apartment jederzeit wieder mieten!
