The property/apartment is a simple cozy space on the second floor of a three floor structure, with an open spacious kitchen and all kitchen facilities like oven, cooker, breakfast maker, Mini fridge, Blender, Kettle and other kitchen ware.

It's sitting room is very cozy and inviting with a comfortable couch, TV, Unlimited Wi-Fi, standing fan. Which opens to a balcony/porch with a beautiful view of the city and the landscape.

The place has two bathrooms one in the bed room with running hot water and one bathroom in the living area. The bedroom is cozy and has a balcony too for relaxation.

There's 4 other units on the building undergoing some few construction finishes but they are not a destruction.
The neighbors are quiet and no children on the property.
If you are looking for a get away home or a work trip this is the place for you.
It is very comfortable for both couples and single travelers. It's located on lukuli Road near kalonge supermarket also close to the main road and other social amenities like restaurants, resorts, beaches and so on. The environment free from crime and very sofisticated
