The Condo is well maintained and offers popular facilities such as a swimming pool with a sundeck, fitness room, restaurant on site, free parking, 24-hour security and CCTV.
Perfectly suited for a couple or single, you’ll have everything you need for your perfect stay. This upper floor studio is spacious, furnished in a contemporary style and air-conditioned.
Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure lots of daylight. A comfortable king size bed, closet, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower complete this studio. Enjoy your own private kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and kitchenware. The balcony with outdoor furniture and ocean views is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
For short stays electric usage is included in the price. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. For bookings longer than 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used.
