Very comfortable and only 500 meters to the beach this holiday home is ideal for families. The spacious garden pleases children's hearts with sandpit, slide and climbing frame. Also on wagon, toys, travel cot and high chair was thought. Holiday surrounded by nature and sea. On 113 m² of living space, the house is divided into a chic living area? TV and DVD player - stove with child protection barrier, comfortable seating and a dining area with large dining table for 6 people to which the integrated very well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer borders. To your heart's content, you can prepare delicious meals here. There is also a modern shower room and a utility room with washing machine in the ground floor area. From the living room you reach the beautiful terrace, where you can relax. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with three separate bedrooms 1x double bed 1.60 mx 2.00 m? 1x double bed 1,40m x 2,00m- two single beds 0,90m x 2,00m- as well as the spacious bath with bathtub, shower and two vanities. This offer is a non-smoking house for pets. For your car, a free parking space is available directly at the house.

Wir waren als 2Erw. u. 2Kinder vereist.Das Haus ist auf Anhieb schwer zufinden da die Hausnummer nicht mit Google Maps übereinstimmt. Die Lage und der Ort sind herrlich zum Entspannen.Das Haus selbst ist groß hell und geräumig. Wenn man auf W-Lan verzichten kann und am Anreise Tag alle Spinnweben beseitigt hat ist es zum Genießen.Da wir den Ort schon kannten werden wir nächstes Jahr ein anderes Haus buchen.

Schönes Haus mit fehlender liebe zum Detail

Das Haus bzw. der Baustil ist sehr schön. Der kleine Garten mit Spielplatz ist für Familien super. Leider mangelt es aber an vielen Kleinigkeiten. 1. es gibt kein W-Lan. Da in Groß Schwansee der Empfang sehr schlecht ist, ist W-Lan unabdingbar und sollte im Jahr 2023 Standart sein. 2. Es gibt weder in den Duschen noch in der Badewanne eine Ablage für sein Duschgel. 3. Die Sauberkeit und funktionalität des Backofens lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. 4. Es gibt einen schönen Kamin - toll im Winter. Nur leider gibt es nicht einen kleinen Scheid Holz für den Urlauber. Weiterhin möchte ich noch anmerken, das diese ganzen Zusatzkosten bei der Buchung aufgelistet werden sollten. Bettwäsche 14€ p. P. + Handtücher 12€ p. P. und kein Holz für Kamin steht bei Buchung nirgends. Dies erfährt man leider erst einen Tag vor Anreise telefonisch vom Appartementservice.

Letzte Minute

Wir haben das Haus 2 Wochen vor Urlaubsbeginn gefundenen und hatten Angst dass es nicht so toll ist wegen 2 schlechten Bewertungen. Also sind wir mit Vorbehalt und Putzsachen angereist. Die brauchten wir aber garnicht , weil das Haus sauber war. Es ist herrlich geräumig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten, Schaukel, Rutsche und Sandkasten für Kinder. Das Haus hat 2 schöne moderne Bäder und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft gewählt, weil das Haus 3 Schlafzimmer hat. Die Größe des Hauses war super aber leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, das es nicht sauber ist. Wir wollten dieser Unterkunft trotzdem eine Chance geben. Das war leider eine falsche Entscheidung. Wir haben nach der Übergabe vom Schlüssel erstmal selber das Haus gereinigt. Da wir auch 2 Kleinkinder dabei hatten. Bevor wir das Geschirr nutzen konnten, mussten wir erstmal alles abwaschen, was wir benutzen wollten. Die Badezimmer sahen nicht besser aus... Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr nehmen, da es wirklich dreckig war.

Schönes Feriendomiziel leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Ferienhaus war für unsere Belange (4 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) von der Größe gut, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder schön gelegen in einem ruhigen Naturschutzgebiet. Der große Garten ist perfekt und man wohnt sehr ruhig. Einen Bäcker oder Tante Emmaladen gibt es im Ort leider nicht. Der Nachbarort ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5-7 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Aufteilung der Wohn- und Schlafräume im Haus war gut. Was ich leider bemängeln muss, ist die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft im Objekt. Das Haus und auch teilweise die Ausstattung waren schmutzig insbesondere die Böden waren extrem unsauber und sehr staubig, der Strandkorb war aufgrund der Verschmutzung leider nicht zu benutzen. Im Haus waren auch zahlreiche Staub und Spinnweben. Auch die Matrazen waren fleckig. In einem der Schlafzimmer und im Kinderzimmer liegt hochfloriger Teppich was für die Hygiene eher ungünstig ist. Darüber hinaus war die Kaffemaschine defekt, bei der Dusche im EG fehlte die Duschkabinentür und bei der Dusche im OG konnte der Brausekopf nicht befestigt werden und musst mit der Hand gehalten werden. Alles in allem ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte einer gründlichen Grundreinigung unterzogen werden, damit man sich wieder richtig wohlfühlen kann. In der Agentur wurde uns versichert, dass alle Mängel bald behoben werden. Dennoch haben wir in dem Objekt einen schönen Urlaub verlebt und uns mit den Unzulänglichkeiten arrangiert.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und es ist nicht weit zum Strand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles was nötig ist nur der Backofen ist etwas schwierig. Die Spielsachen für die Kinder sind okay. Im Vorfeld war die Planung etwas schwierig, da bei Rückfragen keine Antworten zu erwarten sind. Schade ist es, dass ein Fuchs es sich beim Haus gemütlich gemacht hat (vielleicht an gefüttert) hier muss man definitiv auf kleinere Kinder achten Im großen und ganzen ein schöner Urlaub.
