The spacious "Ferienhaus Sternschnuppe" in Groß Schwansee, is a dream home for those seeking relaxation. The chic detached house with three separate bedrooms, fireplace and terrace is located on a beautiful garden plot, which invites you to relax. The sea is only 500 meters

Shooting Star:
For up to 4 people, the beautiful holiday home is superbly equipped. On a floor space of 96 m², the well-thought-out layout of the house convinces with a bright living area, where during the cooler season, a wood-burning stove provides comforting warmth. Digital TV via DVB-T and DVD and music system are part of the technical entertainment. From the very comfortable living room you have access to the sunny terrace and the garden with lawn. The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and. V. M. A washing machine and clothes dryer can be used in the utility room. In the upper part of the holiday home there are three separate bedrooms, one of which is a spacious one with a double bed (2.20 mx 1.80 m) and two smaller bedrooms each with a single bed. Furthermore, the house offers a shower room and a guest toilet on the ground floor. There is a free parking space for your car. The only 500 meters to the beach lying non smoking domicile is also good for families. Bread service on request.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Anmerkungen zum Haus

Das Haus war im Prinzip in Ordnung, es hätte insgesamt sauberer sein können, insbesondere die Küche und das Bad. Was fehlte, waren Hinweise, z.B. wie man die Fussbodenheizung im Bad aktiviert, wie der Kamin zu bedienen ist, dass eine grüne Mülltonne nicht für Bio-Müll, sondern für Restmüll genutzt wird. Im übrigen stimmen die Bilder im Internet nicht mit der Einrichtung im Haus überein.
