Only 800 meters to the natural beach of Groß Schwansee, the fantastic holiday home "Ruhe Insel" awaits you with a stove, sauna, terrace and a large garden. A paradise for families with children.
Tranquility Island Vacation Home:
Under ecological construction was the holiday home?Quiet island? built with natural materials. The solar modules of the roof also have a sustainable, energy-saving effect. The spacious holiday home with a living area of 120sqm and four separate bedrooms is almost perfect for friendly families or parent-child-grandparents holidays. As soon as you enter the house with the chic and spacious living / dining room, the rest begins. The comfortable sofa area is just as inviting as the integrated kitchen with large dining table for up to 6 people. Cozy evenings are spent during the summer months on the large terrace, in front of the fireplace in the living area, or the large flat-screen TV with DVD player. There is also a music system for entertainment. The integrated kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The dream house is also suitable for longer stays, as here free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are self-evident. On the ground floor there is a spa shower room by a corner sauna for three people is available. 4 separate bedrooms are upstairs and each can be darkened by blackout blinds and is also equipped with insect screens. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, two more each with a single bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. In addition, a full bath on the upper floor is available. Both bathrooms with underfloor heating. Especially the safety of small children was considered. The sockets are equipped with integrated child safety device, the stove with cooker guard.
