Wunderbar!

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in Großschwansee! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt - nah am Strand und in sehr ruhiger Gegend. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Danke an den Gastgeber!

Super Haus

Wir waren zu neunt, 5 Kinder und 4 Erwachsene, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Gerne saßen wir im Garten oder sind zum Strand gelaufen, dank des Bollerwagens konnten wir viel transportieren, oder führen nach Wismar oder Lübeck. Im Haus ist alles zu finden, was Mann braucht.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben den Urlaub im Haus Smutje in Gross SCHWANSEE sehr genossen. Das Haus mit Garten ist perfekt und sehr schön. Grill und Bollerwagen sind vorhanden und wurden fleißig genutzt. Crocketspiel wurde entdeckt und ausgiebig genutzt. Kurze Wege zum wunderbaren, nicht überlaufenen Naturstrand. Wir haben Rihe und Erholung gesucht und gefunden!

Super schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Tolle Ausstattung, sehr geräumig, ruhige Umgebung, neue Küche und alles dabei, was man zum „Urlauben“ braucht: Bollerwagen, zwei Fahrräder, Grill, Geschirrspültabs, Waschmaschinencaps, Wäscheklammern, Öl, Zucker, Mehl, vieles ist bereits vorhanden

Tolles Haus, gute Lage

Hatten einen schönen Urlaub, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr schick. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die mangelnden Sitzgelegenheiten, drinnen wie draußen, wenn man mit mehr als 5-6 Leuten dort ist.

Schönes Haus.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Ein kleiner Mangel war der Fernsehempfang im Wohnzimmer (Bildausfälle, nicht alle Sender verfügbar). Mietpreis für eine Woche fanden wir zu hoch. Wenn wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher dazu gebucht hätten, wären wir locker bei 2000 Euro. MfG Fam. Müller

Tolle Familienzeit

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 3 Generationen in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist wundervoll eingerichtet, gemütlich, modern und bis auf kleine Ecken (unter dem Bett z.b.) wirklich sehr sauber. Vieles ist vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist (kaffe Filter, zewa usw.). Der Ort ist klein und bietet ausschließen Erholung. Mit einem Fahrradservice, der Fahrräder liefert und sie wieder holt, kamen wir jedoch schnell über all hin und konnten viel unternehmen. Für alles andere (einkaufen, essen gehen usw) ist man jedoch auf ein Auto angewiesen. Brötchen konnten jeden Morgen geliefert werden, was zum Urlaubsgefühl beigetragen hat. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Kleinsten hatten ihre eigenen Betten, die ihnen sehr gefallen haben. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Tolles Ferienhaus und Ruhe zum Entspannen

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, denn das Haus ist modern und sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlt nichts. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Familienurlaub an der Ostsee

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsene und einem Kleinkind für eine Woche im Haus Smutje. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und ist sehr gepflegt. Dies gilt ebenfalls für den Aussenbereich. Es ist eine ruhige Umgebung, so dass man sich auch nicht ständig beobachtet fühlt. Dies und die kurzen Wege zum Strand, sei zu Fuß, oder mit dem Rad, wiegen den Manko, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort, allemal auf. Die genannten Probleme beim Einschecken können wir nicht bestätigen. Wir konnten sogar eine halbe Stunde früher ins Haus. Auch die Abreise lief reibungslos. Für Urlauber, die einen entspannten Urlaub in einem schönen Haus erleben möchten, können wir Haus Smutje nur empfehlen. Wir würden weider kommen.

Geschmackvollen Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus und die Ungebubg, v.a. den Naturstrand fanden wir sehr schön. Wir waren mit zwei Familien inkl 4 (kleiner) Kinder dort. Das hat sehr gut geklappt, v.a. der Garten bot schöne Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Toben. Einzig die Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe empfand ich als unnötig kompliziert. Ein Schlüsselkasten oder klare Vorabsprache könnten hier Abhilfe schaffen. Ich möchte nicht 2 Std nach Ankunft auf den Einlass in die Wohnung warten müssen. Bei der Angabe des Check In zwischen 15-17 Uhr gehe ich davon aus, ab 15 Uhr einchecken zu können. Aber abgesehen davon war alles, die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sowie Sauberkeit des Hauses absolut toll. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Ankommen - wohlfühlen - entspannen !! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen kleinen Details. Man tritt ein und fühlt sich "Daheim". Es fehlte an nichts und alles war sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden auch gerne wiederkommen. Frau Seeger machte am Telefon einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck. Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es allerdings: Die Abwicklung über die BAIS GmbH könnte besser sein. Auch die Bestellung der Brötchen über die BAIS GmbH hat nicht funktioniert. Brötchen also lieber direkt beim Bäcker bestellen.

Wir hatten ein erholsames Wochenende!

Insgesamt hatten wir ein super entspanntes Wochenende in Groß Schwansee. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ein Traum. Es war sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gab es allerdings, die etwas schwierig waren: Die Absprache der Ankunft inkl. Schlüsselübergabe könnte besser organisiert werden. Man muss eine genaue Uhrzeit angeben, zu der man ankommt. Steht man im Stau etc. wird es kostenpflichtig. Außerdem sollte genauer beschrieben werden, ob Bettwäsche vorhanden ist. Wir wussten nicht, ob wir nur Bezüge oder komplett alles mitbringen sollten. Auf meine Frage an die Agentur bekam ich die Antwort, dass wir sie komplett mitbringen sollten. Vor Ort gab es dann allerdings welche, sodass man nur Bezüge gebraucht hätte. Leider sind wir aus dem Grund mit mehreren Autos angereist, was wir hätten vermeiden können. Schade. Und leider, leider ging die Sauna nicht. Ansonsten hatten wir ein sehr tolles Wochenende in einem schönen Haus in ruhiger Lage und schönem Strand in der Nähe. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Schön gelegen, traumhaftes Haus

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Was man benötigt vor Ort ist vorhanden und das Entspannen kann los gehen. Der Check-In könnte gerne noch "runder" laufen. Einige Infos haben uns gefehlt.

Top Ferienhaus.

Wir waren zu 8 ohne Kinder und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Küchengeräten z. B. Das Haus ist auch im Winter, schön warm. Den Kamin haben wir garnicht benötigt. Die Sauna im Garten, ist top. Kommen gerne wieder. Für Familien genau das richtige!

In der Beschreibung stand, dass ein Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbett en hat. Das war leider nicht der Fall, aber für u see Buchung mit relevant. Das war schade. Sonst gefiel es uns sehr gut.

Ein schönes, modernes Haus

Wir haben uns das Haus mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern geteilt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Bäder sind sehr schön und modern gemacht, zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter und im Garten konnten die Kleinen auch gut toben. Für volle 5 Punkte haben uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, z.B. war der Zucker im Haus alle, kein Backpapier, eine kleine Seife im Bad wäre schön gewesen. Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine sehr schöne Zeit!
