The property was outstanding. I love you could stay close to the farmhouse and have full amenities or go by the river for a more remote experience. The man on site (Ian?) was amazing. He does most or all of the upkeep and is outstanding in keeping it all together. The tent was very clean and comfortable and sturdy. The bed was like being in a cloud. I rode out a severe storm warning in major comfort. Unlike a previous reviewer that would have like pea gravel and paving I love the fact this place stays farm-like and green. Making this wonderful place into an over developed site would be a big mistake. Highly recommended!!!! Will be back! And great value.
If you are looking for something off the beaten path, this is it. Such a laid back relaxing place. My husband and I stayed 3 nights, bathrooms were clean, the outdoor shower was great. The Jupe tents have tons of storage for your belongings. My only suggestion is spreading out the Jupe tents a little more, but otherwise it was a great experience and will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family.
The owners communicated very well and made our stay very comfortable. The tents are well kept and the property is stunning. There’s a river close by and nice restrooms on site. Will be recommending to all my friends who want to visit Montana.

Cute and Cozy
The tent and location is very, very cool with beautiful and serene views. Truly a unique experience and I think my husband and I will be back! We stayed in one of the "fore front" tents with full access. We laid in bed sipping our coffee with the beautiful mountain view. The tents are located just behind the main house on the property (or so I assume it is) but I found it to have a good amount of separation/ privacy. There is a comfortable and clean bathroom "trailer", a magical heated/ private outdoor shower, clubhouse with everything you might need and very comfortable, clean and cozy tents (WITH AC). The only issues with the property are that the ground is very uneven around the tents and bathroom area and I may have rolled my ankle and tripped a few times. Definitely bring a headlamp or flashlight for night time. A bit of landscaping or pea gravel would fix that right up. But considering this is a newer rental property, it is already set up very well. The walk to the river is extremely peaceful, we saw many deer, and very cool to see the "off grid" tent options they have. There is a lot of land to explore with a vast variety of walking trails and a cozy fire pit area that can be used when there is not a fire ban.

Perfect Getaway - Amazing Views
If you’re looking for a convenient location with amazing views… this is your place. Owners were very kind and met us upon our arrival to show us around. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay, and will definitely be back!
Ditch the boring cookie cutter hotel and head to this unique and beautiful glamping experience! The scenery is a 10; just a short walk to Flathead river and the property is 80 acres of Montana serenity. Ian and Jon are kind and hardworking dudes who you can tell put their heart and souls into it. They were wonderfully communicative and invested in our positive experience- after the first night we casually mentioned it was chilly out, and Ian had extra blankets and hot water bottles ready to go for us the next night! The tents have all you need and are really cool. They have one of those high-end bathroom trailers on site which was perfect (3 rooms). I even took advantage of the barn/shared work space for WiFi to check emails since technically I was on a work trip. We loved hanging around the firepit at night under the stars.
I definitely recommend it and will be back! Special shout out to Bobby, the bestest dog who made it extra memorable!
Somehow, this property looks even better than the pictures make it look. Between the price, location, and the hosts, there’s not a better option for lodging in the state of Montana. John called me after I booked it and went over everything and what i could expect. Ian was onsite when I stayed and was super friendly, accommodating and a very gracious host. My stay at this property has by far been one of the best vacation experiences I’ve had so far and I can’t wait to come back in the future!
