My mom was just alittle upset that there wasn’t coffee makers in the room. She likes to drink her early morning coffee in her room in her pjs. Staff was really friendly, rooms were big and very nice.

Very Nice Hotel

Hotel was very clean, very nice and the staff were terrific! Pool was a nice temperature and clean. The elevators were quick with the lobby in close proximity. Breakfast options were good with everything you needed. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful if needed. I booked through hotels.com and my credit card was charged when I booked. However, when I arrived at hotel, they had no record of payment from hotels.com. Krisanne, desk manager, was AWESOME. After a lot of effort on her part, she was able to contact the right organization and get what she needed to confirm the payment. And she was very nice about it and extremely helpful when none of it was her fault. THANK YOU Krisanne!!

Hastings get away

The location was perfect for our need. It is close to shopping basic needs. The indoor pool was a good size, but the tile siding needed to be cleaned. The pool water was chilly and there were plenty of chilly children in towels. The room bath / shower needs another safety bar. The floor of the tub is narrow and slippery. The room was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in years! The fresh brewed coffee was a treat. The staff was cheerful, and helpful.
