Room was great. Loved having the two bedrooms. Beautiful view. The listing says there is air conditioning but I couldn't find it. It wasn't too hot so we left the windows open even though there are no screens in NZ. Great location close to beach you can drive on! No coffee but when we asked they brought some down which was kind.

It was a darling room with access to the back yard and a nice area to sit. Close to the beach with a 5 minute walk. Slightly separate bathroom but very usable and private. It needs a some painting and a few finishing touches. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
