This was a cute and clean place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the airport but far enough that you don’t notice it. It is a short drive from many activities. They had the kitchen stocked with everything you need.

The place was nice and in a good neighborhood. The pictures showed a fold out couch, which wasn't there. We needed another bed for our kids. When I contacted them, they apologized and they brought an air mattress. The location was great, 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from shopping.

We stayed here 8 days. The place was very clean and nice accommodations. We liked that it was close the Kona airport. Nice location to go anywhere on the island from. Even had ocean views. The front bedroom has a window ac unit (though you rarely need it). The other bedroom has blackout shades. The unit has Jalousie windows (very common in Hawaii and tropics). We just opened them up and let the breezes do there thing day and night. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, plus they provided free standing fans too, though we didn't need them. Kitchen has most everything you need (stove top "no oven") to make meals. Lots of storage and hanging closets rods. Be patient when wanting to use hot water for shower and washing dishes. It takes almost 2 minutes for hot water to come out of the shower, but it will be hot. Water heater must be located along ways a way. If you are a light sleeper bring ears plugs. The jalousie windows don't block the sound. There are a lot of birds calling through out the day and occasional traffic sound. A couple of the jalousie windows we could not get to open. We would not hesitate to rent this place again.

Lovely apartment & spot

We really enjoyed our stay - well done 2 bedroom (queen beds), 1 bathroom with kitchen and dining area. Located in a residential neighborhood 10 mins from the airport & very quiet.Note it is not currently (a/o Feb) fully air-conditioned. The larger of the 2 rooms has a wall unit (but takes several hours to cool off), rest of apt does not have a/c, only fans.
