Had a great start at Leenas place. Lanai, and living area gave us magnificent views of the ocean and the sound of the waves and birds was so relaxing. Kitchen had all amenities needed. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and nice hot water. Condo was quiet. AC was nice though master bedroom seemed to stay a little warm, fan helped. Only recommendation is that pillows need replaced. Barely any stuffing, hard to get comfortable. Location and amenities top notch!!

Good view of ocean

We enjoyed the property and feel it was accurate in the description. The only thing that we did not find were pool towels. It did not matter because we had our own pool towels. It was nice to see the ocean and hear the waves each day and evening. Thank you for sharing your place.

On the water and quiet at night

Great location. Walking distance to Kailua-Kona. The Unit fronts on to the water, with a view of Kailua-Kona village. The bedrooms overlook the central courtyard and are quiet during nights. Pool is a nice daytime to catch a few extra rays of sunshine. Unit is continuing to enjoy updates.

Kona is expensive! Condo is in a nice location

Heads up. You CAN NOT see the sunset from this room! It is just far enough over that it is impossible to see! We only stayed a few days. It was easy access and in a great location. Quiet and comfortable. Kinda small and a bit overpriced but I think that is just Kona every thing is overpriced. We have went to Maui three times a year for the last 20 years. We came to big island thinking it may be a bit cheaper however this is not the case. Big island is way more expensive and you will spend most your days driving on long straight roads to see attractions that are less than half as spectacular as you think they will be. If you love driving all day your gonna love big island. Condo was adequate and had all a the things. We just expected more for our money.

Great location

We enjoyed the property. The pool area is clean and easily accessible from any of the buildings and was never loud. There are plenty of grills in the common area and tables out there as well. Great ocean view from the balcony and/or living/kitchen/dining area. The condo is nicely outfitted with beach towels, a small cooler, boogie boards, and niceties like “beginner kits” of laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, etc. Owner is very responsive and nice.

No beach

I guess I should have done more research on Google Earth(!) They list “beach” as one of the amenities. Beaches are a short drive away, but certainly NOT at this location. You probably could walk to one of them, but roads are not pedestrian friendly, That was a let down. A couple of other negatives are: no safe in the unit, which was super inconvenient. We had to take a backpack everywhere, including the beach. Then we had to worry about leaving valuables while we were in the water. Another major negative was the 10 AM check out time. Difficult when your flight leaves n the late afternoon. I contacted the owner, and there was no flexibility on this; we weren’t even able to hang around the pool until our flight. The pool key remains in the unit, and the door locked down (the code we were given expired right at 10.) Another big negative was despite paying a hefty cleaning fee, there was a list of check out rules: take out all trash, including bathroom trash, put towels in washer, start the dishwasher, etc. REALLY? Who ever needs to do this when staying in a hotel? Very nice unit with good AC, and it was nice to hear waves from the patio. But sorry, there were too many downsides to rate this property more than 3 stars.

Perfect location in Kona

The condo is located right outside of town, but close enough to walk to. Plenty of shops and eateries to choose from. There’s a small farmer’s market nearby. We bought fresh fruit from there! You do not need a car. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and dining on the balcony when we didn’t want to walk into town. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/appliances and common staples like coffee filters, sweeteners, and condiments. The closest grocery store is Safeway approximately 2 miles away. The owner also supplies beach chairs and beach towels too. The condo has A/C and ceiling fans. Perfect place to stay for a family of 4!

Lovely condo in Kona

Just left 6 nights and had a great stay. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. We loved getting coffee and smoothies at green flash (closed on the weekends). The closest / best beach for sand and swimming we found was magic sands which was about 5 minute drive. We had 2 small children with us and we found it pretty easy to walk to the shops and restaurants in Kona with them in the stroller (you do have to walk on the road though). AC was a definitely necessity and we were so thankful to have it!

Wonderful stay

This place had a perfect location. We were close to everything but away from the hustle. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Could watch the dolphins from the deck and listen to the waves. Great pool and hot tub and grill. We loved it!!

Thanksgiving Bliss

Beautiful, peaceful view! Everything you would need and more provided in the unit. The grounds are perfectly manicured. The pool and surroundings were very clean and not crowded. The air conditioning made it very comfortable. A little coffee shop on the premises (The green Flash) was wonderful! It is a lovely walk to town. The unit was great, we love Sea Village, and we love the town of Kona!!

Spectacular view!

This condo has a wonderful view, is clean and well taken care of, and is a great location for enjoying Kona. The only downside is how busy the road is and the fact that there was no where to walk to.

Great view, nice unit

The view from the lanai is great. This unit has been well renovated. They made the shower in the second bath larger and it's really nice. The A/C was nice, but we only used it once. We wanted to hear the ocean and the breeze was more than adequate to cool the unit. Kitchen is well supplied. Great place to stay.
