This fresh 1-bedroom condo is a perfect place to hang your hat after a long day of adventure on the Big Island. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, with ample storage space for you belongings. The convenient on-suite bathroom even has stacked washer and dryer right inside. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove and oven and microwave.
The living room has a great couch and large flat screen smart TV. Feel free to login with any of your personal streaming services. The unit has complimentary wifi.
The flooring is nice white tile throughout for a cool and clean feel. The condo has a wall unit air conditioner to keep things cool when in use, with several ceiling fans throughout to keep the air moving.
The entire condo will be available to you. As well, the complex has a pool for guest and resident use with a couple of shared BBQ grills. Please be respectful and follow all posted rules. Be sure to clean up anything you bring to the pool area.

This is located just outside downtown Kona. There are lots of great shops, beaches and restaurants within 15 minutes of this complex. Its just far enough out of town to avoid a lot of the traffic and noise but close enough to stay close to the action during your stay in Kona.
This condo is right near downtown Kailua Kona. Most of the best beaches in Kona are within 15 minutes of this unit. Most major ride share services are available, as well as several local taxi services. Additionally there the Kona Trolley service which runs along nearby Alii Drive.
While this location is very convenient for all things in Kailua Kona, the Big Island has many great places to see that will require a vehicle to get to. Based on your travel itinerary a car may be necessary.

Perfect Stay
I booked for myself and my daughter (21). This listing was a perfect location and perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed. There were items for the beach that were fantastic to use. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Looked ok in photo. Need to tell occupants that there are many stairs when on third floor and no elevator for carrying luggage. kitchen a bit dirty. Sink faucet very wobbly. No dishwashing rack provided. Check light switches as two had no plastic cover. We were dismayed. Location was good for walking and as you already know GPS directions are weird, but after a couple of days we got it.

Would be nice to include some coffee and coffee filters for your rental, also maybe include an ice box for ice in the freezer for drinks. Could suggest getting some more laying out chairs at the pool area.

VRBO was unwilling to bend a rule and we did not have a place to stay. they demanded proof of payment despite the owner refunding the money. we are traveling in a car in a strange place and they just said, sorry.
