Unit was dirty. Beds had sand on sheets, floor was filthy. The front door sign to the unit says to remove footwear prior to entering. Our feet became filthy dirty with black crap while walking barefoot in the unit. The unit was 2 bedrooms and should have came with 2 parking stalls. The stall assigned had an oversized vehicle parked in the adjacent stall which made it impossible to utilize the designated stall. Upon informing security, was told to park in visitors stall. At 10:30 pm, was told by security that the oversized vehicle had repositioned so to move my vehicle into the designated stall. Don’t understand the logic behind this whole ordeal which made the stay even more unpleasant.

Kona vaca

The grounds around the area did make you feel like you were in a tropical oasis. The room itself: Beds were uncomfortable. I don’t think they have box springs under mattress? We found 3 cockroaches, way too much fabric on chairs, couch, throw pillows that have stains and I don’t think get thrown in the wash. Bathrooms were in good condition and good size for all family to get ready. AC was not included in the price given but was listed when we were looking and did not say anything about additional charge. Pool bathrooms close to the ocean were very dirty. Last, we had to reach out to property management several times before our trip to take payment out.
