The communication before and as we arrived was great! The apartment was very clean and well organized with everything we needed. A short walk to the oceanfront was a great place to relax on a lounger and watch for whales. When we come to Kona again this is where we are going to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our time on the Kona side of the Island. It was immaculately clean and well stocked with very new beach chairs, beach umbrella, and snorkeling sets. I feel like too many listings get perfect scores, but this one truly deserves it. The hosts pay attention to the little details that make a big difference, such as the jar of fresh coffee beans and a grinder so you can make your coffee fresh every morning. Also, there was a personalized sign welcoming us and a box of chocolates for us to enjoy. The fans and AC units were very nice as well. The grounds were also very well maintained and the pool/spa and lounging area by the ocean were very comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the location was great at less than a mile from countless shops and dining options in the downtown Kona area. Would definitely stay here again!
