The house comes fully furnished with a designer dream kitchen, open-air oceanfront dining room, kitchen bar, living room, entertainment room, an unbelievable Master Suite with panoramic ocean views, a pampered oceanview study, two Tropical Guest Suites, each with its own separate entrance and opening onto the lush courtyard and waterfalls, and a separate Family Cottage Suite with its own bar sink, microwave, coffee maker, sitting area, and Lanai. The master suite comes with its private whale-watching tower! The house sleeps eight, two in each Suite, plus futons for young children up to 10 years old.

KITCHEN: This teakwood and solid granite dream kitchen includes all the appliances, including a separate beverage cooler, warming drawer, vegetable sink, double ovens, and a 6-burner stove.

LIVING ROOM: Bamboo furniture enhances the tropical feel of this high-ceilinged, open living area, which extends onto the Lanai. There is an area to sit and enjoy the ocean views and the infinity pool, a more private area for conversation, and an entertainment area to enjoy the TV streaming a movie or listen to relaxing music on our Bluetooth sound bar.

DINING: Enjoy the sunset while sipping Mai Tais on the whale watch tower. Don't forget to look for the 'green flash!' Dine at the six-seat bamboo dining table that borders the Lanai with open-air ocean views, sit for pupus (appetizers) at the granite bar, or take dinner out to one of the ocean-side teak tables to enjoy the sound of the dramatic nearby surf while dining under the bright Kona stars. Master Suite: King-size handmade Bali-style coconut bed with tropical netting and thatched roof overlooking the ocean. Sleep to the gentle sound of the Kona surf! Master Study: Teak desk, printer, teak and leather lounge chairs w/Roku TV, wet bar & mini refrigerator. Scenic ocean views! Master Bath: Exquisite marble throughout, with a private, tropical, lava-inspired outdoor shower spa, double vanities, a teak makeup vanity, a separate water closet, and a Jacuzzi spa overlooking the crashing surf.
Whale Watch Tower: Private nautical spiral stairs lead to a spectacular panoramic Tiki Hut lookout overlooking the picturesque Kona Coastline, the waterfront village, and the inland volcanoes.

“Mauka” Suite: Matching banana-leaf thatched ceiling with separate entrance, Lanai overlooking the tropical gardens and waterfalls. Queen-size hand-carved teak poster bed, separate in-room sink vanity, closet with safe, Roku TV, ceiling fan, and sitting area (Futon for children).

Guest House Bath: Large all-marble dual-vanity bath with shower, tub, and separate-room water closet. Shared by both guest rooms (separate entrances).

FAMILY STUDIO COTTAGE SUITE: (2nd floor, sleeps 2)
Ohana Cottage: (sleeps 2 + futon for children) This separate Ohana Cottage has a private Lanai overlooking the courtyard gardens and the waterfalls. It features high ceilings, all-teak furnishings, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a pass-through eating bar, sink, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/ice maker, and a private lanai patio with a dining table. Other features include a full walk-in granite shower, a desk, a sitting area, a closet, Roku TV, a ceiling fan, and a queen-size, hand-carved teak four-poster bed with tropical netting. A safe is located in the closet.

Bath: Full granite walk-in shower with luxury copper spa-shower panel, teak and granite vanity.

Please Note: This is a tropical home with open-air louvered windows. There is no need for air conditioning, as the nearly constant ocean trade winds fan a delightful gentle breeze from over the water during the day and from the mountains at night. You'll enjoy the natural tropical feeling.

The property is equipped with external security cameras for your peace of mind. The community is patrolled 24/7 by security guards. The security camera is installed at the entrance gate, overlooking the front entrance and driveway. There are exterior perimeter cameras on both adjacent neighboring homes that may have a partial view of the outside property that is also clearly visible to the general public and where no reasonable expectation of privacy should be expected. This ensures that you can enjoy your stay in this tropical paradise with complete privacy and peace of mind.
