The Master Bedroom has a King Bed whereas the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shoji Screens divide the Master Bedroom and Living /Dining Area. 2 flat Screen TV's in unit, 1 42 inch TV in living room and 1 32 inch TV in Guest Bedroom. Kitchen has appliances which include, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and built in microwave. The unit has a full size stack washer and dryer. Phone available for local calls. Internet Available. The 2 bathrooms have easy walk-in showers. Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living/Dining Area. A/C wall mounted in Master Bedroom.
Banyan Tree has covered parking on ground floor and easy access by key/touchpad elevator system to reach floors above. A Veranda is available for your use on the 2nd floor. The Oceanside pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area is a great place for relaxing, swimming or cooking.
