Conveniently situated just a short one-and-a-half-block stroll from beach access, the main floor hosts three bedrooms, including a spacious master suite, alongside a well-equipped kitchen and large living area. Additionally the lower level with walkout access includes a living space, queen-sized bed, complete bathroom, and lanai, ensuring an extra layer of privacy and convenience for additional guests.
