Overall very good. Service in restaurant a little patchy. No clear matre de on floor just division of tables. Some diners served promptly others left for longer periods of time. Too much emphasis on clearing tables rather than attending to diners. The pier hotel for example had a better atmosphere for dining.

We have been here regularly over the last 2years, we found it good this year for English speaking staff, in the past this has been an issue for me, this year however we stayed 3 nights and had 4rooms, none of which were ever serviced untill my husband on the last day did his nannnnna, it was shocking, wet towels etc the body wash was empty it was embarrassing for them….well should have been, we spent thousands and got zero good to say, it must admit however in the end they did give us a free breakfast…just wow.I wasn’t impressed and would find this hard to recommend to friends as I have a higher quality. We travel a lot and may try a different place next time

Lovely modern hotel offering beautifully appointed rooms. Our room was an ocean view room and the view was spectacular. Comfortable beds, fridge, TV, nice bathroom. Walkable to the Pier Hotel or to town and nearby whale watching. Hotel has a pool onsite, restaurant and bar. Could be improved by offering YouTube on TV as limited TV options. Also no way to pay using Amex which was disappointing. But otherwise a lovely stay very friendly staff and would recommend!

Sunrise location

This is a lovely hotel in a very beautiful spot next to the beach. Perfect for seeing the amazing sunsets The staff are always very attentive and caring and we stayed for 8 nights on this trip. I booked extra nights because it was so relaxing and comfortable

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The hotel still appears brand new. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Positioned perfectly right on the water front and walking distance to everything. Fresh seafood from the restaurant was perfect.
