Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. The bed was terrible. The couch was more comfortable. The communication was terrible. The TV never worked the whole time I was there. We lost power for two days (not their fault) but they never checked on us and left a non-functioning flashlight. They never returned any phone calls and were supposedly available from 9-3 each day (but never answered the phone). Details for using the property facilities were non-existent. Cabinets in the kitchen were wonky and hinges were crooked. It was clean! I wouldn't stay again in this unit given the uncomfortable bed and poor communication.

Great condo!

My husband and I just honeymooned in Hawaii and stayed in this condo and it was great! Perfect size for 2-3 people! Pretty clean and neat and didnt smell and there wasn’t any bugs or anything! I think our only complaint was that the AC units aren’t meant to go for very long so we couldn’t sleep with it on and so it got pretty hot while we were trying to sleep and the router, when plugged in made this high pitched ringing noise which honestly gave me a head ache so we would have to unplug it and plug it back in anytime we needed to use the WiFi. But other than that it was great and was in a perfect location at the turtle bay resort and so close to all the beaches and north shore which we loved.
