Lovely condo, tastefully decorated. Window A/C's in each bedroom with ceiling fans throughout the unit. Updated modern kitchen with granite countertops and bathrooms . Wi-Fi with flat screen TV's in both living room and master bedroom. Queen bed in master bedroom and in downstairs bedroom with two twins in the loft. Idea for family of 6. Spacious and comfortable right across from pool and barbeque area. Beautiful sunset views from lanai. Free parking close by( with stairs leading to Unit) . All towels and linens are provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Kitchen was fully equipped. The air conditioning was only in the rooms, so it made the common area hot. It cooled down after cranking both upstairs and downstairs AC units, but then the rooms were freezing. Overall, really nice, quiet area on a beautiful piece of property. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Check in and check out was a breeze. Someone always answered the 24/7 hotline and security was very helpful when we got lost. We will definitely be staying at the kuilima estates when we come back.

This unit from the pictures was very nice and stated air conditioning. However upon staying at this condo there is only air in the two bedrooms, the loft stays very hot and so does the kitchen and living room. The “furniture” is outdoor furniture that is unbelievably uncomfortable. This unit needs a lot of upgrading for the price they charge. The paint was chipped everywhere in the unit and all the bedding and furnishings were very old. The kitchen was the only newer part of the whole place. The upstairs bathroom has the smallest shower we’ve ever been in and needs to be remodeled. There’s little to no amenities. The day of check in I was sent two different units and it took a few hours to figure out which was actually check in. We reached out to the host and NEVER received a response. Overall the place did the job but it was disappointing for the price point. The host really need to do some upgrading and remodeling for the price they charge.

Just what we needed

We were spending a week on Oahu visiting family and showing the island to a couple that were there for the first time. We have stayed at Turtle Bay many times before and this time was just like the others. A nice place to stay away from the crowds and hustle of the big cities. Beautiful location.

What a wonderful week on the north shore of Oahu. Turtle Bay is an incredible setting with perfect access to beach and PCC. As always, we didn’t want to leave. Layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back for sure!

Our family had a wonderful and stress-free vacation thanks to the easy, contactless check-in and check-out process! The beautiful unit was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. We loved the backyard view of the golf course and the easy 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, the pool was just steps away! The unit had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. With plenty of space for our family of six, we're already planning our return trip. Highly recommend!

Taste of Island living, with community

Family of 5 stayed over Christmas break, and the location is everything we hoped for. This side of the island has a slowed pace of life, complete opposite of the Honolulu city. Kewela Bay proved perfect for snorkeling with sea turtles. We didn't visit the same beach twice. Its about 10 minutes from Foodland (closest grocery store) and 15 minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, Kaula Ranch and so many great family activities.

Fantastic location

The location is great- on the course and close to the pool. The furnishings are very dated as you can tell from the listing. The unit has more wear than I was prepared for - and given the premium price, I expected more, I would be mindful of this. The check in was easy. I think having beach chairs is a reasonable assumption but we couldn’t find any.

North Shore Paradise

We stayed here for our family’s first visit to Hawaii and could not have been happier. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs as we wanted to be able to cook some of our meals during our stay to be able to save a bit on meal costs. The kitchen and cooking appliances were useable and everything we needed was provided. We also were able to do laundry which kept us ready to explore and play each day. The facilities at the resort are beautiful, we loved the pools, gardens, gheckos, and pickleball. We had an evening family pool party one of the evenings where we grilled at the pool and had the pool closest to our condo to ourselves and our kids used the pools to practice snorkeling to prepare for a day at Sharks Cove. The staff was very helpful but allowed privacy and the neighboring tenants were very quiet, keeping the experience serene and restful. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return.
