コロナでキャンセルしましたが一言いいたい

コロナで残念ながらキャンセルしましたので、施設の評価ではありません。管理会社のゲストサービスのメールアドレスにキャンセルの連絡や、前金だったので返金交渉のメール等、何回も送りましたが、何の連絡もきません。一方、キャンセルしたのに歓迎メールやら、さよならメールらやらが続々届きました。レッドオーニングという管理会社は最低でした。
