The condo is only a short walk to soft, sandy, quiet beaches – and yes, the photos of the beaches displayed are the actual beaches you will walk on! Looking for adventure? Surf lessons, ziplining, guided fishing, and snorkeling are all within a few miles of your condo and there are over 8 golf clubs within a 15-mile radius. Location on the third floor, this corner unit overlooks the pool and has a private lanai which is the perfect setting to view the peaceful, spectacular views of the famous Maui sunsets, sunrises, rainbows and the outer islands of Lanai and Molokai.
This spacious condo offers all you need for your home away from home. The living room, dining area, and bedrooms are fully furnished with beautiful, comfortable designer furniture. The kitchen includes top-of-the-line cabinets; granite counter tops, new appliances, upgraded pots, pans and other cooking utensils, even the spices and basic condiments are handy to give you a head-start on cooking your fabulous meals. Ceiling fans and warm lighting are featured throughout and if you need your TV or movie fix, the living room features a flat-screen high-definition television with cable, free Wifi, and beautiful views while you watch your favorite shows. Both bathrooms have also been completely remodeled with granite vanities and new showers/bathtubs. The large master bedroom offers a new, comfortable queen bed and huge picture window. The second bedroom is complete with a full-over-full sized bunk bed and plenty of storage. There’s even a washer and dryer, which allows you to pack light.
We also provide beach chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrella for exploring the island, as well as board games and books if you decide to stay in for the day/night.
You will have everything you need inside and outside your peaceful condo with the proximity of popular restaurants, shops, and transportation literally steps away! In fact, on the ground floor, opposite of your unit, you can eat the best sushi on the island at Misophat Sushi. There is also a grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. The Sands Restaurant, Maui Brewing Company, and concierge services for your island outings is a short 3-minute walk. If you prefer a day trip to Lahaina, which is less than 15-minutes away by car/bus, you can access public transportation within steps of the condo as well – and it operates every hour! If you decide to rent a car, no worries about parking as you will have your very own, assigned, parking space near your condo.
Besides the beautiful, new and full of amenities condo, let’s talk about the beach! It is amazing! Kahana Beach is the quintessential Maui beach – soft, white sand, no rocks to dodge and PEACEFUL. It is easily accessed by a short walk from your condo. It’s a great beach for swimming, with smaller waves and crystal blue water. There’s even a rock outcropping on the south side of the beach and reefs to the north that are perfect for snorkeling. And, with the rental shop located on the ground floor of the complex, you can easily rent your snorkel gear and head out to the reef to get a closer view of the sea turtles, eels, dolphins, and many beautiful tropical fish.
