The view was fantastic! My family enjoyed our time immensely with all of the comfort of home high above the private beach. We appreciated the chairs, boogie board and coolers as we embarked on our daily adventures around the island. This place is a must.

Here during mid Feb 2023z Beautifully appointed condo with amazing unobstructed ocean view from 12th floor. Excellent location. Myperfect stays did an amazing job of communicating. Btw, you can see the whales from The deck and hear the ocean all through the house. One of favorites we stayed in all hawaii. Choose this one! Thanks to the owners for such a great job with this place.

Wonderful week in Kahana
My wife and I stayed here for a week, along with some good friends who were staying in another unit on the same floor(12).
This unit was nicely undated compared to theirs, however theirs was still good.
This unit came as advertised; clean, lots of supplies, towels, beach chairs, cooler and the kitchen was beautiful with the nice appliances and the marble counters.
If I had to critique, they could have used another large mixing bowl and a knife sharpener.
The kitchen had a new ceiling fan which hit one of the cupboard doors when opened, My Perfect Stays knew this and are going to repair after our stay.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing property, Amazing location, Will visit again soon!
This is an amazingly well kept property, and an unmatched view. I have been to Maui many times over the last 30 yrs, 90% of the time staying in condos, and this is one of the top ones I have stayed in. I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason for the minus 0.5 is that it has limited beach equipment. Now, they do not claim to have any, so this comment is based on my observation of other properties that do offer; however, they do have a couple of beach chairs, and a couple of boogie boards for visitors use. I would advise to add a couple of more chairs, a beach umbrella, and a foldable cooler, and this would do it. In terms of everything else (location, low noise level, view, easy access to eateries, rental equipment places, beach access, etc) this property is prime. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the updated appliances. We will be back soon
