初めて宿泊しましたが、思っていたより残念なことが多かったです。まず、朝食ブィッフェのメニューの少なさです。1番期待していたバイキングにガッカリでした。また、トイレの便器の中が汚れていました。最後にツインの部屋なのに、狭くて、椅子はあるのに座れるスペースがありませんでした。改善してほしいです。

エレベータを読んだとき、2機同時に動き始める。最寄りのカゴが上下に応じて適切に動くのかと思ったらそうでもなかった。空調について、温度設定と吹き出しの風量は変更できたが、音がうるさくて気になった。洗面台が、部屋の中になっていたのはある意味便利だったが、鏡の取付に緩みがあったこと、鏡の下の壁のクロスが少し剥がれかかっていたこと、お部屋の入口のドアの下部に隙間があり、廊下の明かりが入ってきたので、こちらの会話とかが外に出てしまうのではと心配になった。テレビの上部に換気扇が設置してあるが、その近くの壁に埃がたまっていた。（この事はスタッフの方にお伝えしました）大浴場があるのは分かりましたが、2階のフロントの手前から先だったので、来館されるお客様と鉢合わせになるかもと思うと気分的に利用しずらかった。でも、お世話になりました。

天文館から近く、大浴場もあり、清潔で良いホテルでした。また朝食会場が最上階で晴れていれば桜島がよく見える眺望で、朝食もとても美味しく大満足です！ここに泊まるなら少し高くなっても朝食を付けるべきかと。自分は使いませんでしたが、部屋のお風呂がビジホには珍しく洗い場付きだったので、子連れにも良いかと思います。

鹿児島への出張や旅行ではよく利用させていただきます。 立体駐車場ですが、駐車するための待機スペースも広くとても便利な駐車場です。 チェックインでは端末操作のため少し手間ではありますが極端な負担にはなりません。 お部屋はとても綺麗に清掃され寛ぎやすいレイアウトです。 大浴場を利用させていただいた後、もしくは利用させていただく前にジムで運動できるのが良いと思います。 朝食は桜島が見える展望レストランで朝の清々しい時間を過ごすことができます。 料理も地元料理を含むビュッフェとメインディッシュが用意されていてとても満足できます。
