ホテルは駅から近いですが、鹿児島中央駅前が手前にあるので間違えるかも。 あと、エレベーターが1つだけなので、チェックアウト時や朝食時、乗るまで時間がかかるのが難点でした。 あとは文句なしです。 コンビニも近くにありますが、アミュをコンビニがわりに使いました。

設備面は基本的に良かった。コンセントがたくさんあったし、快適に寝れた。 良くなかったのはスタッフ。こちらは暴風雨に遭い飛行機が尋常じゃないくらい揺れ、やっとの思いでホテルに着いた(その状態も説明した)のにシステムの不備とやらでチェックインシステムが反応せず。何度もチャレンジさせられたが無理なら別な方法を模索してほしい。また、応対するスタッフが代わるたびにこちらの情報が何も引き継がれておらず、話が最初からやり直しになる。同じ話を何度もするハメになった。 総じて、お客の状況よりも自分たちの都合で物事を進めようとしていた態度が感じられた。もう少しお客側の状況を慮り業務を進めてもらいたい。
