Steps from the Sand ! Stunning Curated Interior Mahana at Kaanapali. Fully AC!

The Mahana at Kaanapali Unit 317, Lahaina, Maui

We are trying to capture the essence of resort living with the cool and casual style of Tommy Bahama's new lines of furniture. Fully stocked gourmet kitchens with brand new appliances, bathroom with dual sinks (a rarity with one-bedroom suite), washer and dryer will make sure that you will feel pampered and relaxed after an active day at the beach.

Stroll our mile-long stretch of beach, snorkel just offshore, relax at the oceanfront swimming pool. Explore West Maui's many beaches and bays, championship golf course in Kapalua, fine shopping at Whalers Village.

Instead of purchasing a condo that was partially upgraded to the previous owner's taste or budget, we selected this condo because we can start with a clean slate. The materials, appliances, and furniture we chose are the reflection of our desire to have a luxury oasis for our guests, or when we visit. My wife hates it when we spent our hard-earned money on vacation and stay at a place that is not nicer than our own home. Therefore, we are doing our best to make sure that our guests enjoy the inside of our unit as much as they are enjoying the beautiful, well-kept ground at the Mahana or the spectacular ocean view.

Here are what you will be enjoying when you stay at our newly remodeled unit. We break the bank but you won't have to. :-)
* Central air and ceiling fans in every room
* Complimentary WIFI
* Complimentary parking with no resort fees.
* New tile floor. American Orlean porcelain tile plank to mimic light wood flooring throughout the condo and the lanai.
* Columbia cabinetry with Top Knob cabinet pulls, white Quartz countertop.
** All new dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, etc ...
* All new appliances: Bosch dishwasher, Bosch slide-in stove, MAYTAG side by side refrigerator with an ice maker, washer and dryer.
* Full-size Maytag washer and dryer
* Brand new shower, toilet, and vanity. We are adding a much needed second sink to the completely remodeled bathroom.
** Our guest will be enjoying a starter set of English Spa collection by Gilchrist & Soames: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, mineral bath and Exfoliating Oatmeal Soap
*Brand new furniture from Tommy Bahama in the living room and Dining Room
**McConnell Queen Sleeper with upgraded Air Dream Mattress with Petrified Wood Top side table
** Breakfront Bachelors Chest for our guest to store their clothes if they are sleeping on the sleeper sofa.
** Dorado Beach swivel chair for you to enjoy the spectacular ocean view or a movie/game on our 4K HDTV.
** Two Fusion Leather ottoman
** Fairbank Media console to house our brand new 55" 4K TV, Cable TV with 200+ HD channels, Apple TV 4K, and Blue-ray DVD player ** Custom wood dining table with four Brandon woven side chairs to entertain your family and guests

* Brand new furniture and Beautyrest Platinum King mattress in the bedroom:
** Driftwood Isle Woven platform bed
*** For your protection, we will be using SafeRest mattress protector that is Bed Bug Proof, Dust Mite and Waterproof on our mattress
** Two MC Clellan Drawer Nightstand.
** Somers Isle Hall Chest for your clothes
** Custom closet organizer
** brand new 50" 4K TV, Cable TV with 200+ HD channels and Fire TV Stick
* Beach ready. We provide a beach umbrella, blankets and chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment for two.

Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the lanai with comfortable Janus et Cie’s outdoor dining set. Ceiling fan with light keeps you comfortable on the hottest day.

Duke's Restaurant and Bar is steps away next door and right on the beach. Java Jazz, five minutes walk away, is a local favorite that serves breakfast and dinner with live music.

** September 2026**

This year we've given our Maui condo some extra love. The lanai's chaise are newly upholstered in the deep ocean blue we always pictured, and the sofa has fresh decorative pillows that add a touch of contrast. In the bedroom, the nightlights are now ocean-inspired ceramic lamps, and we hope they'll be a small surprise for you at bedtime. A custom glass art piece of Maui's beloved banyan tree now hangs in the kitchen’s peninsula space.

Property and amenities very much as described. Very very clean. Quality furnishings, updated and very comfortable. Quyen was always quick to respond. The location of the condo on the third floor in our opinion was perfect. Very convenient to access the pool and bbq areas. The generallocation of the complex was also very convenient for accessing nearby grocery store, restaurants, food truck plaza, Dukes, and most importantly the beach. The view and access to the beach, surf, and ocean cannot be beat! It was spectacular! So convenient to snorkel or just lounge. We also spent lots of time on the lanai. We will be back. Thanks for being a great host Quyen!
