The location was great if you have a car- close to many things. The resort was a little smaller than I would have anticipated and did not have a hot tub. The beach is beautiful here, the pool was a little cold in March, hence a hot tub would have been nice. I loved the free hula class offered. The rooms are a little outdated though roomy and I like the sink in the common area especially when traveling with family.

Pretty nice place, beautiful location. We had the ocean front bungalow probably the only minus was the air conditioning being the split system and hitting directly towards the second queen bed which made it uncomfortable but other than that all great.

Love the laid-back atmosphere. Lahaina moon pricey but tasty. Beach Access unbeatable. Pool a little crowded but always found a seat. Room bungalow was perfect. Wish it had a microwave. Not very close to activities. Luau was enjoyable.

I didn’t know you had to pay for the parking fee separately along with the resort fee. That was additional 1k that I had to pay apart from what I had already paid for the stay.

It’s a really beautiful property, beach and the staff were very friendly. I was surprised how hard it was to get an hour extension on my checkout, which I didn’t end up doing as the front desk person sounded so negative about it. I used to work at a prominent hotel in nyc. I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there.

The beach was very pretty, relaxing, clean, the plants, trees they were all very nice. I did not like the service at the restaurant. I traveled with family we all got breakfast included but opted out of eating there due to the terrible service. Server Marites never brought our coffee so we had to ask the hostess after waiting a good 20min for coffee. Marites would walk around our table assisting everyone else and purposely ignored us. We asked for two mimosas which were delivered way after we had finished our meals. and coffee refills never made it to our table. I was not impressed with the service from any of the staff around the hotel. We went to Branches because it was advertised as a place to go listen to good music, drinks and food...music was great, but there was no one working the drink car not there was a way to order food. I think the hotel is way understaffed or they just don't care to cater to their guests.
