'Sandy Smiles' is the perfect house for your next family holiday.
Located in original Jurien Bay, both the beach and town centre are within walking distance.
3 good sized bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds sleeping up to 6 guests.
Full equipped kitchen with electric stovetop, oven and microwave cooking. Along with a full-size fridge/freezer, and the cupboards are full of appliances, cutlery and crockery.
The open living/dining area has a r/c air con and a comfy lounge suite with flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a separate shower recess and low bath tub (for the kids). The toilet is separate off the laundry.
A washing machine is in-house and clothesline in the backyard.
Both a front and back patio to enjoy sunrises with a coffee or sunsets with a different kind of beverage.
The almost enclosed alfresco contains a large dining setting and gas BBQ.
Plenty of grass in the enclosed backyard and the front yard to play.
Some consumables such as toilet paper are provided on arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during you stay.
