"Such a helpful, friendly and conscientious receptionist(Peter) when i arrived.
He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated.
My only slight negative is that the pillows were very flat and unforgiving. Softer ones would have perfect."
