Off road parking in quiet area. 20 minutes walk to harbour area. Lots of pubs, fish and chips shops among wide streets and narrow streets on a grid pattern. Hotel near seafront but not visible. Frequent bus service along seafront to local villages and Dorchester.

A lovely welcome by Keith and Carol who looked after us for our stay in their lovely comfortable guest house. Breakfast cereal followed by a full English with toast tea or coffee or whatever you like Keith is wonderful host and very efficient. We travelled on our motorbike and mistakenly left the parking lights on overnight leading to a flat battery, Keith soon had his jump leads out and our bike running nothing seems to be to much trouble. We rarely go back to the same place twice but we will definitely be back to see Keith and Carol.

Keith and Carol made us feel welcome I was doing the Ironman Weymouth 70.3 so very convenient due to it's locality to the event a 10 minute walk to the start. As I was an Ironman afflete they kindly gave me two little pots of porridge which only needed some hot water from kettle which was provided too. Many thanks Neil

Look no further than The Stanley

We stayed at The Stanley Guest House from Monday to Wednesday, as a base to tour the area and to travel on the Waverley Paddle Steamer. The guest house stay was excellent, the host was friendly and helpful, the food superb,and our room was spotlessly clean. If you're staying in Weymouth this is your ideal base, and even the parking was free!!

We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. Keith gave us a good intro talk and then left us to it. The breakfasts were also fine. There are three parking spaces (one is a bit short) at the front of the building and some at the rear.
