Home is decorated comfortably and contemporarily w modern furniture and fine art. The Florida screen room faces waterfront w bbq and 2nd refrigerator, great for indoor/outdoor meals and quiet evenings, large screen tv in living room and screen room. close to beaches, home is on the river by sandbars and intercostal waterway, 5 mins to open ocean inlet inter coastal waterway, and restaurants on the water. Bring your boat or rent one. 2 jetski floats available as well. Dock may be added cost depending on size of watercraft etc, to be discussed. The owner maintains landscaping , so is onsite at times working, and reserves right to use small separate boathouse for storage and art studio. Some pets may be acceptable, please contact to learn if this is the right property for your stay . happy travels.

Nice getaway

Very nice location with a canal out back which was nice to sit by after a long day. Property was clean, easy to access and fit our needs perfectly. Recommend highly!!

Terrific host and home!!

We enjoyed a few days of relaxation at this property. The host, Brendan, welcomed us and made us feel right at home. He was extremely thoughtful by having the little things on hand that we would need for our stay. We really appreciate that extra care he provided. This home is very comfortable and is set up to be able to host quite a number of people. Very well laid out with a lot of usable spaces for spending time together. From the enclosed porch to the dock seating areas, this home has places that are both private for smaller groups as well as large gathering areas for your entire group. One trip to the grocery store and there is no need to leave this lovely home. But if you do, you’ll find that you are centrally located and it is easy to get wherever you need to go. Thank you for providing us with a great place for our group!!

Beautiful home next to everything

We loved staying here. Brendan was an excellent host and was very friendly. We loved the location. We were close to all the beaches and great places to eat. My son fished the canals adjacent to the house. The kitchen and bathroom finishes were very nice. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to this area!
