There is a bonus room off of the laundry room that could be used for a third sleeping quarter perfect for a Murphy bed. If you don't need that you can use it as an office or storage room. It has a granite kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances. Full Size Washer & Dryer. The Bluffs community is professionally maintained. Walk or Bike to the Jupiter Beaches, Bluffs Shopping Center & Dining. Enjoy 5 Pools, Tennis and pickle ball, Designated Barbecue areas and Bocce Ball in the community. The condo comes with use of beach chairs and his and her bikes. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for your seasonal getaway.
Now booking for seasonal and off-season starting in 2025 . Rates starting at 2995/month for off-season and 7500 for snowbird season, 4900/month year round. Rate will depend on how many months you book. Four month minimum.
