The views from almost every room were spectacular. Everything was pristine; the rooms, the lobby, the grounds. It is right off a main road but very quiet. Communication prior to arrival was prompt and helpful and came from Nick, who actually works there. We loved our stay there. Thanks!

We arrived in a monsoon. We had planned to snokel peanut island, not happening. We walked to dinner, which was really nice to a property to the North on A1A and food was very good. Because we were stuck inside, I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the living room with a glass of wine and watched the World Series, that was totally fun!!!

This place is great and I would give it 5 stars except that their wi-fi was unusable, It was disconnecting almost constantly and impossible to stay connected to it for any length of time. That's what they get I suppose for using Comcast as their provider . Otherwise, the room was clean and spacious with a small fridge and microwave. Great view of the Indian River from the balcony. Other issue was getting out of there to go south on US-1, very difficult to make that left turn safely. If they fix the WIFI issues, I would definitely stay there again. Well worth the cost. Also a great tiki bar just to the north off the access road (no need to go on US-1).

Staff was very pleasant but no coffee in the room, hair dryer only from front desk, some rooms with very limited water view, and if you are sensitive to fragrance in any way, beware a difficult odor. Aired the room for two hours but still lingered all night. Ugh.
