Beautiful house, but it's listed on VRBO as a 3bedroom with 3 queen beds. In fact it is a 2bdrm with an open loft and a futon bed.The third couple bailed because of lack of privacy, leaving me holding the 700 deficit. I told the management at Rainbow Ridge but they feel it's vrbo's problem. This is the first time I've had a problem with vrbo, but I'm not a happy camper here. What would you do? Please reply.

The stay was nice, but the ad was a little deceiving. It said the house was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. It's 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft with a futon. Also, when I booked it, the email said I would receive info on how to access the house a few days before the trip. I was not notified on anything. I sent a text to the property manager at Rainbow Villages and they never responded. I remembered from last year they had a mounted box in the front pf their business. Lo and behold I found the envelope hanging up inside the cabinet. It would have been nice if I had known about it sooner. Finally made it in, then we found out it was not 3 bedrooms, but we made do! There could have been a few more improvements but it is what it is. Just know it's a 2 bedroom with a loft. Honestly, I would have not booked it if the ad said what it really was.

Loved it!

Awesome place and location. We came with 2 adults and 2 teens boys. The size of the home is perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked. Had everything we needed to make all 3 meals. Washer & dryer was added plus!

Cozy home after snow fun

Easy to pick up keys at midnight in snow storm. Had everything we needed. Heater worked so well we had to turn it down (at home it never catches up to the cold). Several delicious restaurants and well stocked convenience store within walking distance. Be careful of neighborhood coyotes if you have little family members.

View of Gull Lake from roomy cottage

The location is quiet, with a lovely view of Gull Lake. The house has plenty of room, 2 porches and an upstairs suite and bonus room. Lots of tv’s. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Not fans of memory foam mattress pads, so I’ll ask next time to not use them. Great stay at a great house with efficient and pleasant rental group.

Great house, great location and amazing views!

We love our stay at this wonderful house. We had 2 adults and 18 year old and two 16 year olds. Accommodated all of us well for sleeping and the bathrooms are very modern and nice. Heater worked great which was good as we had a great snow storm. Kitchen is fully equipped and the lounging furniture is comfortable. Very clean and the location is amazing. Great views of Gull Lake and you can walk to everything June Lake has to offer. The best part is the rental agency sent someone to shovel the front porch and walkway for us. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay in this lovely house again!!
