Lovely nature loft with private Jacuzzi

In the heart of the charming village of Junas, near its famous Gallo-Roman quarry, quiet and surrounded by nature while being close to amenities, discover a comfortable and freshly renovated loft opening onto a wooden terrace with views of nature. A true invitation to rest and relaxation and an ideal starting point for your hikes on foot, by bike or even on horseback!

We offer a loft style cottage of 40m2, freshly renovated, with exposed beams, fireplace and opening onto a wooden terrace of 16m2 without vis-à-vis with views of nature. It can accommodate two adults and a baby or toddler (cot). The cottage has a beautiful kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, gas hob, coffee filter, kettle, toaster), a sitting area with fireplace and TV flat screen and a cozy sleeping area separated from the living room by a pretty bookshelf bookcase. The room is equipped with a large bed 180 x 190 which can be separated on request into two single beds. You also have a bathroom with window and tropical shower, sink and toilet. A parking space is at your disposal in front of the house. We can lend you bikes (including with child seat or cart). Possibility to lend you all the necessary furniture for a baby and games for children.

We live next door (the cottage is adjoining our house but independent and not overlooked) and will be available to welcome you and advise you to allow you to spend the best time possible, while respecting your peace.

The cottage is located in absolute calm and surrounded by nature, just a hundred meters from the famous Gallo-Roman quarry of Junas, grandiose and magical site that will delight young and old. A 5 min walk, you will have a cooperative grocery store open Monday to Saturday offering fruit and vegetables, fresh produce and groceries (mainly organic and local), a bakery open daily and a bar Tobacco offering delicious pizzas every night. There is also a playground for children in the village.

Many hiking trails start from the cottage and you can easily access the greenway, which will allow you to join pleasantly and safely the beautiful medieval town of Sommières, its famous weekly market and flea market all year round, its restaurants and shops. shops and its many summer festivities in just 30 minutes of cycling. A 15-minute bike ride by the greenway, you also access Congénies, where you will find a fishmonger and butcher of quality and a delicatessen offering local specialties.
A nice little equestrian center is also on Junas if you want to indulge in horse riding.
A tree climbing park is 2.5 km from the cottage.
The village of Junas is rich in cultural activities all year round: the first gurge of the squash November, Christmas market, meetings of the stone and international jazz festival of international renown in July.

The nearest beach (Le GrandTravers) is a 35-minute drive away. Possibility of doing kite surfing.
