Zeker huisdiervriendelijk!Huis is gezellig ingericht en heeft veel ruimte.Wat ik wel vervelend vond is het feit dat ik bij aankomst nog een bedrag voor de schoonmaakkosten moest betalen terwijl dat niet duidelijk in de advertentie stond aangegeven. Op mijn vraag hoe dit kon werd mij beloofd om dit met de eigenaar te overleggen. geen antwoord ontvangen tijdens mijn verblijf. Daarna nog drie keer telefonisch contact gehad maar......niets gebeurde. ! x werd telefoon nog opgenomen daarna alleen de voicemail. Zeer vervelend.

Super schöner Bungalow in einem wunderschönen ruhigen Bungalow park. Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man Braucht. Perfekte lage weil man von dort aus viele Möglichkeiten hat um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Ausserdem Strand nah. Gutes essen in naher Umgebung. Nette Gastgeber und eine Nette Verwaltung. Rund um kann ich nur sagen ob mit kind und kegel oder nur mit hund perfekte Umgebung komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück und mit Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Wir würden jeder Zeit nochmal Buchen weil wir uns so richtig wohlgefühlt haben.

Zunächst das Positive: das Haus ist schön. Schöne Lage, toller Garten, nett eingerichtet. Leider scheint die zuständige Person die Reinigung nicht so genau zu nehmen. Tatsächlich sind überall Spinnweben zu finden gewesen. Sowohl im Haus, als auch auf der Terrasse.An zwei Abenden sind wir in der Essecke an der Tür zur Terrasse von unzähligen Ameisen begrüßt worden.Der Herd in der Küche ist defekt! Auf Ober und Unterhitze heizt der Backofen nicht auf, die Führung der Backbleche fällt beim einschieben eines Blechs raus, was gefährlich ist. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist auch nur mangelhaft. Als mir bei der Buchung ein Fehler unterlaufen war und ich nur einen Hund angemeldet hatte, kam sofort die Mahnung mit Vermerk auf Nachzahlung. Auf meine Mail mit der Information, dass wir kurzfristig doch ganz ohne Hunde anreisen müssen, kam weder eine Antwort noch eine Rückzahlung des Mietpreis für Hunde, die 140 Euro wurden einfach kommentarlos einbehalten. Fazit: nur bedingt empfehlenswert wenn Backofen repariert oder getauscht wurde und die Sauberkeit hergestellt wurde. Für uns definitiv nicht wieder aufgrund der Geschichte mit den Hunden

Gutes Ferienhaus auch für Hundehalter

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Besonders die windgeschützte und überdachte Terasse war toll. Da konnten wir bei jedem Wetter gut sitzen und es war ein guter Liegeplatz für den sandigen Hund.

Super Garten, komplett eingezäunt (war für unsere Hunde wichtig), große Terrasse die zum Teil überdacht ist, da konnte man windgeschützt auch mal bei Regen draußen sitzen, schöner heller Wohnraum, großer Kühlschrank, schnelleres Internet als bei uns Zuhause, schöner Park mit 2 Teichen an denen man angeln konnte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar, zum Strand sind des mit dem Auto auch 5 Minuten, zu Fuß etwa 15-20 Minuten (je nach Tempo), eine Pommesbude ist auch in der Nähe, falls man mal nicht selber kochen möchte,

Die Immobilie ist an sich in Ordnung , bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.Das Türschloß ist defekt , sodass wir manchmal zehn Minuten brauchten , um ins Haus zu kommen.Der Fernseher im ersten Stock funktioniert nicht.Der Herd und die Waschmaschine sind defekt.Der Zugang zum Sonnenschirm war nicht möglich . Der größte Klopper war, während des Urlaubs schrieb der Vermieter , wir hätten die Hunde nicht bezahlt. Was ihm nach 8 Monaten aufgefallen wäre. Er hätte das vergessen. Während des Urlaubs wurden wir mit E-mails bombardiert , was die Zahlung angeht. Somit mußten wir für zwei Hunde doppelt bezahlen. Insgesamt 280 € für eine Woche.Ich empfehle jedem sich diese Unterkunft , gerade was die Bezahlung betrifft zu überlegen.

Das Haus ist mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Es ist sehr gemütlich so das man Regentagen gut einfach zuhause bleiben kann. Der Ort, der Park und natürlich der Strand sind wunderbar. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei was. Gern wieder.
