Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !

Os funcionários são o charme do local. Atendem bem, são atenciosos e atentos aos hóspedes. Uma pena que no meu quarto a ducha higiênica estava quebrada, o piso do banheiro estava com rejunte bem sujo e a água do chuveiro demorou em torno de 10 minutos para aquecer. Nada que impeça a estadia, mas deixa a experiência pouco proveitosa.

O quarto estava com as paredes muito sujas, rejunte de azulejo escuro e traças penduradas no box do banheiro e ralo do box levantado. A porta do banheiro, que é de correr, estava emperrada, não fechava. A tv não pega canais básicos tipo Sport Tv e nao tem opção para o hóspede usar apps. Quartos precisam de manutenção, revitalização
