O hotel é amplo, conta com estacionamento e é próximo do Horto. O café da manhã tem bastante opção e a tapioca e os ovos são feitos na hora. O hotel conta com um restaurante que oferece refeições à parte. No geral foi uma ótima estadia.

Assim que cheguei fui designada para o apartamento 308 que estava terrível, chuveiro mal saia água, um mal cheiro de esgoto terrível, vazamento no box do banheiro, casa de vespa na janela do banheiro, não conseguia deixar aberta porque entrava os insetos. Após reclamação fui remanejada para outro quarto, porém achei que a limpeza das toalhas deixaram a desejar, cheia de manchas, com aspecto de mal lavadas, os cobertores eram terríveis, tecido que deixava o corpo marcado, travesseiros velhos e manchados.

Pela segunda vez estive hospedada no Encosta . E dessa vez pude ser beneficiada com uma massagem humanizada ofertada pelo hotel e isso me fez sentir ainda mais acolhida.
