Welcome to Sea Scape Estate, a luxury home located at the top of Mount Matheson in beautiful East Sooke.
Relax in the hot tub on the expansive deck and look over the cliffs to the forest and ocean beyond. Enjoy stunning views of the Juan de Fuca Strait and the snow-capped Olympic Mountains. At night, turn on the fire table and enjoy the stars in warmth and comfort.
This home features 3 separate living/family rooms with large picture windows that let in brilliant sunshine.
Whether cooking in the gourmet kitchen, BBQing on the deck, or bringing dinner in from one of Sooke's amazing restaurants, sit down to your meal in one of the 3 dining areas – a more intimate breakfast nook in the open kitchen, the formal dining room, or the 6-person outdoor dining set.
This home offers five comfortable sleeping spaces with 6 beds and can accommodate up to 12 people.
The first bedroom on the main floor features a king bed, with its own ensuite bathroom including a separate jetted tub and shower and 2 walk-in closets. This floor also includes the kitchen, a formal living room and separate family room, an office space, the laundry room, and 2 common bathrooms (1 powder room and 1 full bathroom).

Great escape
Perfect place for a big group to gather and take in all that Vancouver Island has to offer. Great kitchen and awesome deck. Our team loved our stay here.

Incredible views!
Lovely home with incredible views of the ocean and islands below. All rooms have such views. The house is spacious and well laid out. The side deck also has a hot tub and seating.
The back decks off the bedrooms need modernization. The master bed mattress was lumpy and too small for the frame. Every movement on the bed produced loud squeaking.
Overall, a lovely home with incredible views.
