This home is situated in the vast, open landscape of the Joshua Tree Desert and is accessible by a paved road (Take Sunfair to Broadway)

The property is not fully fenced.
There are neighbors to the east and parcels to the north, south, and west.

🚗 Getting here:
To avoid bumpy dirt roads, we recommend this easy paved route. Head north on Sunfair Rd from Hwy 62, make a left on Broadway, and a left on Flamingo Ave. Following this route will keep your drive smooth and stress-free. :)
GPS sometimes suggests dirt roads, so this is the best way in! Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the home.

The entire property is private and for your use. You are welcome to explore from the roadways to the back wooden fence at your own risk.
