This is desert chic living is at it's finest! Sunset Springs is an inviting home that has been thoughtfully remodeled with every feature intentionally chosen to provide you with the perfect desert retreat! It features a private, fully fenced yard; an updated kitchen and an open floor plan. The large window in the living room lets in the southern light to illuminate the home.

The retro inspired kitchen features waterfall quartz counter tops and sleek cabinetry. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and an over-sized sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal!

We hope you’ll enjoy the colorful décor in our carefully curated bedrooms, featuring comfortable memory foam beds, large closets, and artwork inspired by the beautiful surrounding desert. Both of the bedrooms are spacious and share a thoughtfully designed bathroom. White subway tile and a glass enclosure adorn the walk-in shower and the single sink vanity features extra room for your belongings. Basic essential toiletries are provided for your comfort!

The backyard is your oasis! Start or end your day in the hot tub, play corn hole or horseshoes, and stargaze around the fire pit. The backyard is perfect for uninterrupted stargazing! Your pets will love roaming free in the fully fenced, private backyard as well!

We provide essential toiletries: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt & pepper, condiments, cooking spray, paper towels, dishwasher soap, even pet treats and a pet bed!

🌵ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

🌵PARKING:
There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars to park and additional street parking available in front of the house.

🌵THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!

🌵COOLING/HEATING:
The house has a new evaporative cooler and wall heater unit. The home cools down and heats up quickly.

🌵INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet (200+mbps) throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV

🌵OUTDOOR SPACE:
Hot tub, fire pit, lounge chairs, corn hole, & horseshoes available for you to enjoy!

🌵BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, which can comfortably fit two people. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.

🌵KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker (full pot and single serve options), dishwasher, and basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Silverware/Utensils/Spices/Oil/Coffee

🌵SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.

🌵PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $50 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
