You will enjoy a Hot Tub, Infrared Sauna, Fire Pit, shower tub, Outdoor Shower, hammock, and grill, as well as a fully appointed indoor kitchen. You'll also have a smart TV, books and games as well as a record player.
Set behind privacy fences, it feels like you're on your own property. The house and all amenities are privately yours.
The Space:
The Casita is a free-standing private guest house on a 4.4 acre property close to downtown Joshua Tree. There are no shared amenities.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the Casita, your own parking structure, all amenities and a whole corner of the property that is just yours. There is a fully appointed indoor bathroom and kitchen, as well as heat and air conditioning year round should you need it.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is among the safest in Joshua Tree. The property is behind a fence, and you are three minutes from the center of town.
Getting Around:
We have ample parking available on the property, behind the gates, off the road. We are a three minute drive from town, and ten minutes to the entrance of the National Park.
Other Things to Note:
The Casita sits on a the same property as the main house, but it is over 100ft away, so it feels very private.
Please also note that we have cameras in outdoor areas that are for security only. These do not cover any area you will use privately during your rental.
We do not allow any kind of photo or video shoot without written permission, and there are fees for unaccounted for guests and animals.
Please let us know about all animals attending the property as there is a severe allergy among the owners.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
