Nice house, terrible location
First, the entry lock didn’t work, frustrating. Second, we were overwhelmed by the smell of horse manure. Two dozen or more horses in a very small corral 10 yards from the house. Couldn’t use the hot tub or bbq as the smell was so bad. And the flies. Second, the go carts next door are loud and continual. Yes, they quit at 10:00, but the rest of the day they are in use. Loud and destroy the peace. Lastly, there’s no yard-just a gravel turn-around.
The house itself was clean, cool and comfortable. Nice bedding and towels, complete ( or nearly complete) kitchen. Obviously new it is quite comfortable. Needs more seating, maybe some salt/pepper and oil. If the location was better the house would be great.
