Clean, comfortable stay. Shower only, but it was large with grab bars. We had one queen bed, and the space was adequate, but not spacious. You get 20% off your bill at the Iron Skillet, which is within walking distance, and had good food, and a large convenience/ gift store. The hot breakfast in the morning at the hotel was very good. The staff were nice. Everything was clean. Some traffic noise from the freeway, but all in all a comfortable stay.

Friendly people with easy check-in. Big rooms with king size bed. Linens looked clean..Good breakfast, hot or cold, buffett style. Next door to Iron Skillet restaurant. At exit with truck stop behind.

Nice place, friendly professional people. Spacious breakfast area & good breakfast. Pet friendly. Nice walk in shower. Huge truck stop right next door with set down restaurant, Taco Bell & Subway. No truck or highway noise.

I travel for a living and collect points on choicehotels, so when I work in Joplin I have a choice between Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Econolodge, and Sleep Inn. Nowadays I always stay at Sleep Inn, because it’s the nicest of the four. Simple as that. I could actually stay at almost any hotel in Joplin, and I think Sleep Inn is perfect, no need to spend extra $$$ just to stay in luxury.

My family and I are travelling and stopped at the truck stop next door. I knew immediately the sleep inn would be the place to go ! Plus it's conveniently right next to the truck stop and restaurant. This sleep inn looks like it had a recent brand upgrade in the interior and the rooms. It's really nice ! The bed cover on bed was so pretty ! We opted for a single king suite with separate living room area with pull out couch. Very reasonable pricing and they give a CDL discount ! Pool area was very clean and my daughter enjoyed swimming after we got in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Choice hotels are always amazing !

Staff was fantastic to my parents on the trip they were on for a wedding and a memorial service. Everyone from the GM to desk staff were awesome. Anticipatory service, a desk agent even came in on an off day to bring a huge coloring book for my nephew.

I was greeted by a helpful and friendly host, then I found my room to be very clean and quiet! Also, the pool and hot tub (indoor) seemed to be as spotless as possible--some of those hotel pools I don't want to set foot in, and this was top-notch. The breakfast was good as well, and they were attentive to the dirty tables and empty serving dishes. Additionally--I left a pair of shoes behind, and they promptly called me!! It was no trouble retrieving them when I returned later. Website says there is a restaurant there, but it is the Iron Skillet in the truck stop next door. It smelled good, but I drove a few miles into Joplin to find something more my liking. This is not a 4-star resort, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and parking was easy. I will definitely be staying here again!

I'm a Choice hotels platinum club member and I'm almost hesitant to leave just a 3 star but in this case I have to. I was here for a week on business. The room was fine, bedding was not the most comfortable I've slept on in Choice hotels but certainly acceptable. I liked the shower enclosure. Staff was friendly and attentive. Overall a decent stay except... What's the deal with in room coffee. It was nice to see a Keurig coffee maker in the room but it does no good when the maid doesn't bother to replenish the coffee. After a long day I don't feel too much like having to go down to the front desk and ask for K cups the maid should've left in the room. This happened every day. One day, before I left for the day I left a note asking the maid to please leave more coffee. When I got back later there was coffee and a response indicating leaving more coffee was no problem. The next day, I didn't leave a note and you guessed it. No coffee replenishment. Warm breakfast choices were the same thing day after day after day. How hard would it be to mix it up a little. Otherwise I had no other complaints.

The bed was so comfortable and had a down comforter. Everything is updated and new. The breakfast area was the biggest one I've ever seen. Huge selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Truck stop next door and a huge food court to choose from.

This hotel looks like it has been recently updated. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, roomy room. Walk in Shower. No tub. Big, roomy breakfast area. Sink outside toilet and shower room. Could use a nightlight in the bathroom so I can see the toilet in the dark.
